It’s where Chris and Lin became intrigued with the uniquely intense tropical flavors of the local product and botanicals – so intrigued they created their award-winning pates de fruits confections made from local Mangoes, Pineapples, Passion Fruit (Lilikoi), Papayas, Coconuts, and Turmeric, along with Ginger Pineapples, Jalapeno Pineapples, and herb-spice-infused wines.
