Made In Maui County Festival

About Us

The Made in Maui County Shoppers Marketplace (“The Marketplace”) builds upon the success of the annual Made in Maui County Festival, which is held during the first weekend in November at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center in Kahului. Presented by the County of Maui Mayor’s Office of Economic Development and the Maui Chamber of Commerce, this two-day Festival is a shopping mecca that attracts hundreds of visitors, residents and industry buyers. Now, with The Marketplace; Festival vendors can connect to consumers and commercial buyers from around the globe year-round.

The Marketplace is a project of the University of Hawaii College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources (CTAHR) in cooperation with the County of Maui Mayor’s Office of Economic Development and the Maui Chamber of Commerce. This online shopping resource supports the Made in Maui County Festival’s goals as follows:

  • Showcase locally made products that have at least a 51% value added in Maui County to both visitors and residents.
  • Help to grow our islands’ businesses by providing opportunities for participating vendors to meet with prospective retailers and wholesalers, and connect with new customers.
  • Help strengthen our community by encouraging job creation and diversification of our economy.
